Preventative maintenance consists of having a service carried out regularly. Standard services are tailored to site specific requirements. Equipment is checked thoroughly to ensure that it’s in full working order.

Airia will agree a maintenance programme that is tailored to individual needs. This will minimise the risk of costly downtime or lost production. In addition to this, Airia have built a great team of fully trained and certified engineers; a team with a combined 200 years of experience are fully competent to service all makes of air compressors, dryers, nitrogen generators, vacuum pumps and filters.
All our engineers are available twenty-four hours a day for emergency call outs.

Air Plan Cover
- Full costs of nominated spares, oils, labour, travel necessary to carry out all pre planned service visits are included.
- Nominated spares are covered by Airia’s parts and labour guarantee between service visits.
- Access to Airia’s Call out system operating 24 hours per day 365 days per year (call outs are chargeable additional to contract).
- The Airia service database affects all maintenance planning and provides full service history for all equipment.
Air Plan+ Cover
- Costs of nominated spares, labour and oils necessary to carry out all pre planned service visits.
- Parts and labour breakdown cover on all parts included within the compressor package.
- A ‘No Quibble’ Call out system operating 24 hours per day 365 days per year (call outs during working hours included in contract).
- Database covering all maintenance planning and provides full service history for all equipment.
