Careers
Founded by Andy Drummond and Paul Brewer in 2009, Airia began as a small, local air compressor supplier offering honest advice, reliable products, and exceptional service that customers could rely on.

Opportunities for qualified compressed air engineers
We’re always open to applications from qualified compressed air engineers who are passionate about their career. Whether your background is in installation, maintenance, or system design, we’re interested in hearing from people who have technical expertise, great attention to detail, and are committed to providing unrivalled customer service.
If you have experience working with compressed air systems, we’d love to hear from you. Even if there are no current vacancies listed, we encourage you to send us your CV or get in touch to discuss potential opportunities.
Our strong employee retention speaks for itself, and, when you join us, you’re not just starting a new job, you’re joining an established team that helps you grow and succeed.
Apprenticeships and training
We’re delighted to help develop the next generation of compressed air engineers through our apprenticeship programme with the Southampton Engineering Training Association (SETA). This partnership gives apprentices experience with our talented team while studying towards recognised qualifications.
Our apprentices shadow our knowledgeable engineers, learning practical skills and gaining the confidence to build a career at Airia, and we’re commitment to training, mentoring, and promoting from within.

Build your career.
People stay at Airia because they’re truly valued. We’ve built a workplace culture based on respect, teamwork, and continuous learning.
